Main accounts with subordinate buyers: head office sees everything, the branch sees its part. Permissions, visibility and ordering paths follow the position in the structure.

Customer profiles with substance

We extend the customer object with a dynamic profile: custom attributes, domain-specific traits, interests and behaviour. That is what makes targeted communication and analysis possible beyond plain order history.

Campaigns that fit the customer group

Welcome gifts after verification, discount campaigns for particular groups, voucher logic with your own rules. Plus a bespoke connection to your email marketing that builds segments from the real profile data.

Guided product finders

A wizard that takes the customer to the right article in a few steps — for ranges that need explaining, often more effective than any filter bar.

Delivering digital content

Integration with content platforms: whatever was bought is available immediately — access, downloads, licences, visible in the customer account and unlocked in the platform itself.

ERP integration that closes the loop

Bidirectional customer synchronisation, full product import, order export, delivery status and invoices in the customer account. Your customer sees the same state in the shop that your back office sees in the ERP.

Surrounding systems and data protection

Synchronisation with single sign-on, permission and content systems. Plus GDPR processes with a clean deletion procedure across every system involved — at the press of a button and logged for the record.

Custom front end on Hyvä

Bespoke layouts rather than an off-the-shelf theme, built on Hyvä. The result is pages that become interactive in a fraction of the time and come out green in the Core Web Vitals report.

Exam preparation and learning material for school years 1 to 13: A-level equivalents, secondary school certificates and aptitude tests such as TMS and MedAT. Titles are tailored to the curricula of the individual German states and increasingly come as bundles of book, audio, interactive training and video.

Custom development far beyond the Magento standard, plus a Hyvä front end. At its core is the integration into a grown system landscape: central data management, email marketing, single sign-on and the learning platform mesh so that a digital title is unlocked in the customer account the moment payment goes through.
