The AI Assistant works directly on your product data. It answers questions the way your customers ask them and links exactly the articles you carry — embedded with a script tag, or with a module for Magento.

Your customers search in words
"A present for a pipe smoker, under fifty euros" — a good sales assistant answers that immediately. A filter bar works with keywords and attributes; an adviser works with the intent behind them. That is what the assistant does: it understands the question, knows your complete catalogue and recommends from it. Which is why we built it on the product data rather than on snippets of text in a prompt.

Answers in your shop's voice
The assistant knows your product data including attributes, variants and availability — plus shipping and returns policies and your own advisory content, if you provide it.
Finds what was meant
Search runs semantically across a vector index of your catalogue. Customers may use entirely different words from your product data — they still find the right thing, with a link to the product page.
Fits into any shop
Magento, Shopware, WordPress or bespoke: one script tag in the template and you are done. For Magento there is a module that handles setup and data synchronisation.
03 — The difference
Why it is dependable
No invented products
Every article number and every URL is checked against the product data before an answer is delivered — anchored in code rather than asked for in a prompt. Customers only ever see what your catalogue actually holds.
Provider independent
OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or a self-hosted model — the choice is pure configuration. You decide on cost, answer quality and data protection, and can switch at any time.
Measurable
A dashboard shows questions, answers, response times and the products clicked afterwards. Whatever people search for in vain is there in black and white — gaps in the range included.
Privacy by design
No personal data in the requests sent to the model, operation on European servers possible, conversation histories stay in your hands.
